Terms of Service

audittest.store — Assurance documentation and testing plan support (not an auditor-of-record).

Effective date:

1. Agreement

You agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) when you access audittest.store (the “Website”) or place an order for services (“Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or order the Services.

2. Services and deliverables

The Services you may purchase include assurance documentation and/or testing plan support. Deliverables may include written documentation, templates, and guidance intended to help you plan, perform, and document testing activities.

No audit opinion; not an auditor-of-record. Any deliverables are for informational and support purposes only and are not issued as, and do not constitute, an audit report, attestation, assurance engagement, certification, or auditor-of-record opinion. We do not provide audit sign-off for third-party regulatory or financial reporting requirements unless expressly stated in the applicable order documents.

3. Orders, scope, and acceptance

Service details (including scope, deliverable format, timelines, and any assumptions) will be described in the order confirmation, proposal, or other written agreement (“Order Documents”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Order Documents, the Order Documents control for that order.

Unless otherwise stated in the Order Documents, you will provide timely inputs and access required to perform the Services. If you fail to provide inputs on time, timelines may change.

4. Personal information and communications (Canada)

If our external-audit substantive testing plans involve collecting personal information (for example, names or email addresses of contacts), we will comply with applicable Canadian privacy obligations, including the requirement to provide accountability, consent, and openness regarding that personal information under Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

If we send commercial electronic messages (for example, marketing emails about assurance or compliance services), we will obtain consent, provide required identification, and include an unsubscribe mechanism as required by An Act to promote the efficiency and adaptability of the Canadian economy by regulating certain activities that discourage reliance on electronic means of carrying out commercial activities, and to amend the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, the Competition Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the Telecommunications Act.

5. Cookies and online tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and online tracking/advertising. We aim to present clear disclosure and meaningful choices for tracking, including for online behavioural advertising, consistent with applicable requirements referenced as Online behavioural advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Website or Services for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Website; (c) submit content or information that infringes others’ rights; (d) misrepresent your identity or authority; or (e) attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

7. Intellectual property

Our Website and underlying materials (including software, templates, and documentation provided by us) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property or our licensors’ property.

Subject to these Terms and full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes as described in the Order Documents.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and deliverables are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of outcomes.

We do not guarantee that use of deliverables will result in compliance, approval, or acceptance by any regulator, auditor, insurer, or third party.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, audittest.store and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amounts actually paid by you for that order in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is required by law.

10. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) ensuring that the deliverables and testing activities align with your internal requirements and any applicable laws and standards; (b) reviewing deliverables for suitability; and (c) making final decisions regarding compliance, reporting, and controls.

11. User experience

We will ensure that the landing page experience is functional and viewable in commonly used browsers and will not use deceptive destination-experience techniques, including blocking back navigation, consistent with Destination experience.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you for deliverables under Section 7 remain subject to the applicable Order Documents and these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
